Enel is a mockin that possesses electrical powers: he has the ability to steal any kind of energy (whether it be magnetic, static, organic,... even if the most efficient and most present is always the electric one) and then shape it and hurl it in various uses, including personal defense/ or attack, producing lightning of different danger, based on the amount of volts that he wants to apply; obviously as he has the ability to steal energy, he also has the ability to return or supply it; He can use himself as a source of electric charge, but he also has healing abilities, providing the subject with vital energy in need, so it’s a power that has the ability both to take away and to give.
He is also obsessed with all sorts of electronic devices, as if he were attracted to them by a sort of magnetism, and so he steals appliances, cell phones, televisions, ...
He has a very playful, but serious personality at the same time.
He loves to make innocent jokes with his power; he is very friendly but also not very compassionate.
He has only one dangerous flaw: as already mentioned, he has the ability to control the amount of volts he can hurl, but when he gets angry he completely loses control and produces lightning highly harmful to both living beings (also risking to kill them instantly) that to electronic objects (overloading them so much that they explode); normally the color of his lightning is of a blue-celestial color, but when he loses control for the anger inexplicably changes of red color, including his hoodie and his lightning-shaped ornament on his head, like the eyes of mockins when they pass to the aggressive state
