Added a strip of 1/2" foam extending the mask back to give a place to attach ears. Ears are more 1/2", reinforced with a second tapered layer at the base on the back. Really flimsy but the fur will provide the strength once that's on.

Nose removed, it was glued on a bit off center originally. Adding it after the fur is on should make it easier to deal with the fur edge. I have cut out the nostrils, each is about the size of a pencil now, maybe a little bigger?

Ordered a 60mmx15mm blower fan. Blower fans can push against resistance better so hopefully it should be able to deal with the restriction. I'll try an inward fan for once, I've only ever done exhausts so far.

Wow, this is getting close to duct tape modeling time...but it'll have to wait until next week. Gonna go to Vegas for SCMC this weekend! :)
