Haha, really the only thing is that you made everything shiny. While it's fine on your jacket and maybe your hair, other things like your jeans or Glenn's fur wouldn't be as shiny. You just use a slightly lighter version of the base color for "highlights," though they don't necessarily need highlights; they reflect less light.
Definitely getting better! One thing I have to comment on that hasn't already is about the semi-rough lines paired with the line-less in the picture (like the nose). I'd probably stick to one thing, rather than a mixture.
Still, I like how you are improving and this is indeed a very cute picture. :D
