OH WELL so this is Joli. He was part of an RP some years ago dealing with species-based law in anthro society, and we're picking it back up for another 'chapter' so he needed a fresh coat of paint I think

He's been dealt a rough hand in life so he's a bit wary, but rather than shutting down he'll actually get very dour and sardonic when the going gets tough
