Sometime simple pictures say more than complex ones. They leave more to the imagination

AH! where are his eyes?!

Eyes can be a bit tricky for me, so I don't generally draw them in this initial rough stage. Occasionally I'll misunderstand the description I'm given, or they simply won't like the pose, so I'll have to start completely over- which is what this stage is for. I wouldn't want to spend a long time hammering out details like eyes and trying to make them look right, only to find out that I got the pose wrong and will have to re-do it anyway.

Eyes don't really effect the pose or layout, so I leave them for later. x3

I come home from a not so good day at school/work and since I already got a few commissions going around that have been planned before I actually commissioned Ruaidri, I thought it would take at least another week before I'd see something. I knew Ruaidri worked fast, but not only does he work fast, but he does an awesome job. Anyway, turned my :-| into a :-D pretty fast!
