In downtown Huntington, WV, whenever it rains or snows, the water level in the Ohio River rise up, covering the entire lower section of the park and closely reaching the parking lot.
While working on an assignment for a photography class I was taking, I took this photo of a tree that was half-submerged shortly after it had rained in the city. This photo I would eventually use for the assignment that I was doing at the time.
