Yet another vessel designed by the Corellian Engineering Corporation for the Techno Union but this time designed as a fast and decently armed craft to act as 'civilian' anti-piracy/smuggler vessels and would often see use during the war as defensive vessels patrolling the airspace around the capital of Raxus Prime to function as a fast reactionary force in case of emergency. Following the end of the Clone Wars, these vessels were retained in this role until being replaced by Imperial Consulars and later by Arquitens geared for 'Riot Control'. The vessels that were replaced would later be put on the open market, the armament they had possessed during the Clone Wars and in limited Imperial usage having not been removed as the Xilli Class Cutter was deemed a low threat. Many of these vessels would be scooped up by both Rebel Cells and pirates alike, their Corellian heritage making it incredibly easy to modify the vessels as needed.
