That's probably not something that will be explored in the comic, hence I was merely speaking of why that information is not shared in the story. But you're absolutely right in terms of how that could affect medical treatments and other similar issues. In the end, in fiction it's all about the specific themes you want to explore. My story is mainly about character development and interactions.
