I am currently working on adding the details to my character Aurora. This is still a work in progress and is not the final form as I am testing out certain details that may or may not stay. I wanted to share a portrait image of Aurora where I am practicing on my shading/highlighting skills. I am also adding scale hierarchy where instead of having a single, uniform scale texture on the body which could look dull, I am adding large scales in certain areas such as here along her forehead and brow muscles, which will help in creating her expressions. I do like how this is coming along and will likely keep this and continue refine the scale textures as I continue to work on her.
