I don't speak Japanese (but know someone who does), so good luck figuring out what was said and who's speaking, but I assure you there's a very good reason there's untranslated Japanese dialogue here.

Turning into a Pokémon might let you talk to other Pokemon, but it doesn't magically teach you any human languages.
