Nivikt are an open species. You're free to make your own(s) and to create adoptables!

Please don't copy trait for trait these two specific designs in the sheet, they're personal OCs!

Extra details:

- Nivikt's adult size is about 1,35m / 4ft 5in, but it can vary with hybridization
- They can have any hair, and any horns - although their horns will remain smaller than their head for pure-breed Nivikt
- Their eyes are naturally a large slit, sometimes an oval.
- They have 8 nostrils (four pairs), making the sense of smell their primary sense. They'll themselves naturally smell like nature and moss.
- They have pointy and often crooked teeth, and a split tongue.
- Their ears are very long and bend towards the back of their head, sometimes overlapsing.
- Basically, most of their senses are enhanced compared to human (big eyes, long ears, 8 nostrils), except for the sens of touch which is reduced compared to humans.
- They can naturally be covered with scales or plates, and it's not rare to see their skin being mottled with freckles or spots, looking like they have vitiligo.
*Their skin colors can naturally vary from human skin tones (brown, cream) to a more yellow and even greenish variation. The color palette on the sheet represent only examples and you're free to vary from these. However: red, pink, purple, or blue skin or spots will be a trait of hybridization. It only concerns the skin and the hair, eyes, scales, finger, horns, tongue, teeth, etc can be any color!
- Using pure white (#FFFFFF) or pure black (#000000) to color anything on your Nivikt is prohibited.
- They're mammalians and will have babies one by one, just like humans. They can have nipples or not - but nipples are more frequent for females. Females without nipples will grow them if she's pregant.
- Their hands have only four fingers, and their fingers have only two phalanges. Their phalanges are hard and chitinous-like, reducing their sense of touch. Despite this handicap, they're very skillful with their hands nonetheless.
- Elbow tips are optional. It's more frequent to see females with elbow tips, but it's not a strict rules and males with them aren't rare either.
- They have anthro paws with 4 toes. The feet are always covered with scales, even slightly. Each toe ends with a small hoof-like nail.
- Their tail can be completely furless, to fully covered with fur. Their back can be slightly covered with fur as well; but fur on the rest of the body will be considered are hybridization.
- They freely can have beards and mustaches
- There's a sexual dimorphism: they're similar to humans in their anatomy. Females will have breast and a vagina, males will be flat-chested and will have a penis. Although, on the contrary to humans, it's not rare at all to find Nivikt that are both male and female, or anyhting in between, or who would have no genitalia at all. Because of this, their language have no gender, and they don't care about other species' gender either.
- They have little to no taboos and don't care about nudity, clothes are for them more a way to appear cool rather than to hide anything.

- Nivikt can reproduce with a lot of other species, and any of their traits can be freely changed with hybridization. Check the Hybridization guide!
