Well, technically, if you read the verse he doesn't have the sword, merely the ability to kill people with it and several other causes of death. It's not a weapon persay so much as the rider is causing a great deal of turmoil and chaos upon the earth, either causing or caused by all the people dying.

The chain's cool, don't get me wrong, but I see no indication that Death has any sort of actual weapon when he appears.

btw, you plan to continue this or not? You've got the Four Horsemen, but there's still three seals to go... though I understand if you don't, 'cause IIRC Number Seven starts the Seven Plagues poured out upon the earth...
