I like the overall art style. The eyes are not too large, but big enough to convey emotion and the mix of realistic and cartoony makes it look well-proportioned while also not approaching the uncanny valley.
My only critique would be with the pointed snout, but that’s about it. I would say it’d look perfect if the top of the snout was curved, even if it’s a shallow one.
Outside of that, I like this style the most, though the others aren’t bad either.

Not off the top of my head, no. Though, I would say that taking the time to study equine facial anatomy more wouldn’t hurt, especially the bone and muscular structure.
Outside of that, I really like this particular design over the other examples you shared today. I find the incorporation of smooth and angular features to be appealing, giving it a sense of realism while maintaining a cartoon style.

Contact a loved one as soon as you can hun. I’ve lost loved ones and the one thing I regret never doing, is simply talking about it. At the time I put it behind me and focused on my work, but it slowly started to consume me. I never got back to “normal” until I finally talked about it. It being, how confused I was, what they meant to me, how lonely I felt. It didn’t solve my problems but it allowed me to morn and move on, but better yet, to smile when I though of them.

I'd suggest more line width variance. It looks like ~ 80% of the lines have the same width settings, making them... homogeneous. (The lacing on the bra, the tiny details on the stomach, and the eyes look overtly different.) While this provides a consistent aesthetic for the form, and allows the eyes to be striking in their variance, it also denies the ability to imply information or control detail through line weight.
The consistency of the palette is notable; the exceptions - especially the eyes - immediately demand attention. The texture patterning on the clothing isn't as riveting in comparison, but draws attention nonetheless.
Obviously, she's gorgeous. Well-built but not overdetailed in musculature; I agree with watcher12 on the controlled muscle detail.
Ante-finally, the mix of gradients, cel-shading-esque shadows, and colored linework make a delightful style.
Finally: Keep up the good work, regardless of how you do it in the future, and here's an implied grain of salt (or forty-two) to go with my opinion.
