I like the eyes - the gem-esque refraction in them is well-done. (The necklace crystal looks almost like it's glowing.)
The only other thing I could offer on this piece is a half-baked 'waif-lifting' joke... and expressing my joy at this art style. It's cartoony, and cute - and leaves plenty of room for interpretation.
