Ink on Bristol

I drew this little sketch of a dog running with a raygun and thought he looked a bit like Jack Bauer or Jason Bourne. I quite liked him, so I drew him again, thinking, 'You take whatever your job is really seriously, to the point of obsession...'. Then it occurred to me, 'You have the worst job in the galaxy, you're like Rimmer or Bill the Galactic Hero, your job is shit, but you think it's the most important one on the ship.'

Then I grinned evilly as Bob the pest controller, who once battled an abnormally large martian cockroach, wash born.

His backstory was so good I just had to write it out in a bit of crude calligraphy. Be gentle on that bit, I haven't done freehand lettering for years.
