Got another Jungle Book oc for you all. This here is Tabaqui. Now I know those savvey on the Jungle Book know of Tabaqui. In the original story, Tabaqui was Shere Kahn's lackey. Now Tabaqui himself was originally planned for the Disney film as a predator that would try to eat Mowgli. But Disney didn't want another villainous canine, so they gave his role to Tabaqui. But seeing as I love making semi oc's out of cut or barely touched upon characters, I commissioned  RockyFennek to draw Tabaqui for the Disney film continuity. However as a twist, for my headcanon, Tabaqui is a female jackal.

Now Tabaqui is technically a next gen character. As you recall I made fan kids for Baloo, Shere Khan, Kaa, and one one Mowgli's wolf brothers, Pura, Anya, Kama, and Rishika respectively. Tabaqui is around their age and often tries to become the bestie of Shere Kahn's daughter Anya. However, Tabaqui only wants to be her friend mainly because being the best friend of the (still) infamous Shere Kahn would net her a lot of street cred, that and the scraps a huntress such as Anya would leave behind. As you can tell from her exposed ribs, Tabaqui is a hungry girl.
