It's front is the world renowed Wheelo Industries, headed by Lesna Wheelo who is the great grand child of the long forgotten Dr. Wheelo. Her husband heads the true financial powerhouse behind W-Industries; he is Ogata Gero the grandson of the infamous Dr. Gero. And together this husband and wife dou have realized an achivement far greater than any their ancestors could have thought possible. Through a combination of decades of research, experimentation, and study of the notes left to them by their fore fathers. Lesna and Ogata have created a new Bio Android. Her designation C-X. Unlike her predacessors Cell and Syrra; C-X was created using a synthetically engineered female Saiyan fetus as a template. From this a host of nano-cybernetic enhancements were grafted into the "child" while it underwent controled growth in the deepest confines of RRA's secret laboratory. Into her genetic make-up was encoperated the cells of Dajjal, Ness, Sammy, Blade, Hotaru, Natsuya, Gohen, Maralexia, Trunks, Gohan, Syrra, and Artickahn. However one crucial detail sets her superior either Cell or Syrra. Wheelo Industries Space Exploration division discovered an intact segment of the Big Ghette Star's CPU to which Cooler was once symbiotically linked. With this grand discovery, C-X would not require Namekian genetic material to survive terminal senarios. This segment was also grafted into the infant C-X template and allowed to grow with it. As it grew, the fragment of the CPU adapted itself to it's new host as a fully functioning "organ". Thus further enhanced by the process undergone by it's host, C-X now had not only the regenerative capability of her predacessors. But also the advantage of reincarnation. Unless destroyed to the point that not a single microscopic piece of the CPU Organ was left; C-X would not only regenerate, but because of the cpu's abilty to memerize imperfections and repair them. What killed her once, wont kill her a second time.
