A young woman takes part in a test for a new method in the field of plastic surgery. It's basically a lip job but - as said before - with a brand new method. That's why it gets tested first.

In this method cells first extracted from a cow's mammary glands and then cultivated in a nutrient solution are injected in the patients body, for example in the lips. There the cow cells will continue producing milk, causing the patients tissue to expand, similar to a silicon injection, or rather a saline injection for at first it's supposed to be a temporary treatment. The human immune system will eventually attack and destroy the alien tissue, ending the milk production. The milk will then be absorbed by the body making the expansion fade away. This is but only the first phase of the tests.

In the long run, in the second phase, the cow cells are planned to be modified in such a way that they can be permanently implanted in the patients body. The patient is supposed to become enabled to control the milk production in their implants, for example in the lips, breasts or butt, making them grow at will and shrink back to the original size in time by ending the milk production. This feature will make the cow's mammary gland implant superior to both the temporary saline injection and the permanent silicon implant.
