I don't know much about Owl House either besides an apparent beta concept that has to do with the place being hell the whole time that was scrapped because it was considered inappropriate or sth (that might even be a different show entirely and I'm dumb) but from what I've seen of its style, yeah no that's a pretty good replication of it.
Heck, the bursted shoes are even a perfect rendition of the typical "toon" way of doing things
