Kolo has appeared in a few of my pictures on this gallery, but barely got a proper introduction before he started tickling characters silly! I suppose that's just his style. I drew this a little while ago and even streamed the process, but I never got around to posting it because I hadn't finished the profile itself. Hopefully this will both answer some questions and inspire folks to ask others!
Also, if Kolo's 'about' section feels a bit weird compared to others, there's a good reason for that... He actually started life as a minor character from a novel of mine, teasing prisoners in a dungeon. We liked him so much that we thought it'd be fun to bring him forward in time to let him play with a whole new host of ticklish fursons!

About Kolo:
Kolo started out modestly enough, being taken under the wing of the Death Mage, Lord Yaris, and trained to manage his prisoners in the Solstice Army. During the early days of his training, he revealed that he had a knack for ‘persuading’ prisoners to be more receptive to the Death Mage’s enchantments, and he quickly became a favorite of the powerful warlord and eventually was given the title of ‘Warden’. Lucky for him, such a position allowed him to work his sadistic pleasures on as many fursons as he could ever want.
When the Solstice Army invaded Sarasala Kingdom, Kolo was right there along with them, keeping nobles in cages and having his fun whenever he could. That was until a nosy otterress scientist worked with the royal family to ruin things for him and kickstart the fall of his lord. It was a humiliating experience and he barely escaped with his tail between his legs. He vowed to never forgive Jamika or her friends and to get them back someday.
That someday came for Kolo when he came across a demon visiting their plane. That demon granted him a wish, turning him into one of their own and letting him tap into the magical side of their world. Kolo quickly let his desires take over and he flitted about the world, relishing in the ticklish screams of many fursons, but always being drawn back home after a time. His search for pleasure and attempts to avoid fursons who were learning how to stop and contain him eventually led to him using powerful magic to travel across time itself, where he might be able to play in peace.
Unfortunately for Kolo, he didn’t make the journey alone. Unknown to him, a certain pesky otterress scientist was not far behind when he made the jump through time.

He has a really cute design and his biography is perfect~ I am always very keen on characters who pursue their sadism as an actual career :D A journey across time and space pursuing as many pudgy soles as he can, I hope we see some of the confrontation between him and his otter enemy someday

Thank you! I'm really flattered that you took an interest in his story :) I actually haven't drawn him and Jam (the otter mentions) together in picture like this yet. It might be time to do so.
My novel is finished, though still being edited and shopped to publishers. I'm trying to avoid publishing independently, but it's harder than I expected to sell a furry novel to bigger publishers. I'll definitely keep everybody informed when it reaches its next step!
