Shockwave: Loyal League Leader
Name: Evan Flores
Alias: Shockwave

Abilities: He has kinetic-based powers, which allow him to increase the impact of attacks he's doing, or lessen the impact of attacks being thrown at him. He can also use it to amp his movements, making him appear to have enhanced to super speed. Though this burns through his energy much faster, which requires him to keep up on calories.
Weaknesses: If a fight is prolonged and he uses too much energy up, he will likely be left vulnerable to any and all attacks.
Personality: Loyal, protective, fierce. He will do anything to protect his little brother and anyone else he cares about, and while he is the leader of the league he helped form, he is not one to sit back and will enter the frontlines of battle if he thinks he needs to.
Background: Evan and his younger brother Adam were caught in the crossfire of a violent attack one day. This attack ended up getting Adam extremely injured, to the point his body was more or less physically broken. In a sheer rage, among other emotions, Evan's powers ended up surfacing, to which he used them to retaliate against the attackers with pure force.
But following the entire ordeal, he desperately tries to find a way to save his brother...and he finds a willing person. An expert in cybernetic and robotic stuff that is on the government's payroll. So Evan agrees to a procedure to save his then-comatose and hospitalized brother, which ends up turning the younger brother into a cyborg while Evan undergoes surgery to save his ears and tail.
But the agreement also put Evan as part of a forming superhero team that answers to the government, with Evan being put in the leadership role as Shockwave. And eventually, Adam takes the name of Ghost Dog as a superhero as part of the league alongside his older brother.

Ahhh, can't go wrong with a doberman! :D They make such good anthros, and Shockwave is no exception! He's such a big sexy hunky canine (not to mention he sounds like a total badass), he needs a good belly-rub! ;D
His powers also sound pretty cool. Makes me imagine him eating a whole mountain of burgers to keep his calories up! XD

Yeah, they really do! So cute and all that, but it is said that the whole ear thing is forced onto them. Had to whip up an explanation for why Shockwave's are like that. As for belly-rub, he'd probably protest. XD

That is true. I once saw a pair of Doberman who still had their floppy ears and tails, they were so cute! Though I still like the point ears and short tail versions. For my own story, I decided that Doberman are like that naturally, no ear-clipping. Though I wonder what you came up with for your own explanation? Haha, that's too bad that he doesn't seem to like belly-rubs; they're such a staple for making dogs happy. ;D

Yes, they really are like that. x3 Well, for Shockwave and Ghost Dog, that came about as a result of their injuries. Shockwave's ears were damaged to the point that the surgery needed to save them rendered them the pointed ears. As for the belly-rub thing, yes, but Shockwave himself is not particularly into it.
