One of two versions of this pic. This one has the birds.
The birds were originally intended to be in the pic. But somehow the pic looks good without them as well. Thus two versions.
The original story behind this pic is that the dragon flies to the heavens to bask in the sun that only a god should enjoy. Above the clouds to the highest mountain peaks. There he finds he is not the only one there. Three phoenix already have stake on this area.
This is also a version of seiryu and suzaku (or at least Suzaku's family).
