Daniel "Danny" Pennington from the First TMNT movie, turned into a Bull.

As for his backstory - Son of the boss of a News Station, he always felt his father cared more about his work than him (this is not True, but being a single father, he had to focus alot on his job to be able to support the two of them). In an act of rebellion, he joined an unspecified street gang. While in that Street Gang, he was given typical "Kiddie" Jobs, like as a lookout.
Eventually, in the City at War arc of the TV series, his gang was absorbed into the Foot Clan, where they were put through grueling tests to prove their worthiness. Utilizing an Amazing amound ot devotion and willpower, Daniel managed to survive - and even ace - all of these tests. Tests that even some of the gang's higher ranking members didn't survive. Eventually, his new boss, The shredder, gave him a choice for power and a body that would allow him to finally be treated like an adult. Without hesitation, Danny agreed. He was then mutated into a bull - or more accurately a Minotaur. Shredder decided to play with stereotypes and give him an Axe.
He served the Shredder faithfully and unrelentlessly for a long time - his father having no clue where his son was. Until one day, a young blond teenager (Zack) was dragged into the foot headquarters by his father and brother. He watched in horror as information was dragged out of the boy and he was forced to mutate. He was even more horrified to hear that the boy was going to be forced to kill his own friends. Excusing himself, Daniel ended up assisting the turtles in getting through the new defenses, after asking Timothy his reasons for "betrayal". After confirming the truth, he helped save Zack from brainwashing, even if this marked him for death from the foot clan.
