His wings are part of his arms, since he's an anthro. He is also meant to be a literal hybrid of owl and bear. Like the creatures from Dungeons and Dragons:: https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/owlbear They don't fly or anything because they are massive, but they are feathered.
For the payment plan, I require a down payment within 24hrs of the autobuy. Usually at least 30%. Then I prefer that it is paid off within 30 days, exceptions are made for patrons (extended payment plans available). If you stop responding to messages, or don't pay it off by the agreed upon date I will put it back up for auction and refund any previous payments. Failure to pay off a payment plan will result in blacklisting (You can still follow and watch my work but will not be able to participate in commissions or any auctions from me). I think that's all the info you need.
