With my upload yesterday of Evan Flores, I decided now is a good time to showcase Ghost Dog's reference sheet!

Ghost Dog exists both in my personal setting and as a Mega Man Reploid OC.

As a Reploid, he exists as a creation of a scientist who wanted to try his hand at creating one, and inadvertently succeeded in creating Ghost Dog as that.

In my own setting, he is Adam Flores, the younger brother of Evan Flores/Shockwave. Severe injuries in an attack that he and his brother were around for ended up crippling him, but a deal struck with a mad scientist ended up saving Adam's life but turning him into an armor-clad cyborg warrior that would eventually become a superhero alongside his older brother, under the alias of Ghost Dog.

In both versions, his powerset is the same. He can phase through solid physical and certain energy matter for short durations that enters a cooldown after the duration expires, render his movements eerily quiet, manifest energy blades from his wrists or around him, and turn one or both of his arms into a hand cannon/Megabuster,
