I imagine that like 40k Orks being based on Punk Englishmen, 40k Skavens would be based on Soviet Russians and thus partially act like the Imperium and have Russian accents. Their clans would be like chapters, regiments, and legions. I imagine their Stormvermin would be the Space Skaven equivalent of the Astartes.
