Fluffy green fur, an endearing smile and a cuddly appearance would perhaps make it easy for someone to consider a hyena to be cute and silly. Though the Feraligatr looks rather cute and silly himself with how frantic and giggly he looks from that thorough foot tickling. I'm sure he won't be making that mistake again for a while. He probably won't be the last one whom will require a tickling for slanderous comments about hyena cuteness though.
