Here it is! The long awaited updated and form! (With an incorrect color or two that was corrected later!) But also Eternal's scanner was slightly on the fritz in terms of programs that don't retain the color as good, and actually stated from Eternal himself!
This mode is special in that...once transformed, it in a sense "becomes the new base form" or its a transformation that "has no off button".
Ivan now looks like this for the rest of his life! Or...I-I...I dunno how you wanna see it.
But it slims him down a bit, and gains ALOT of headfur! Super Saiyan 3-like headfur of a mane! Shutup, I know I have an obsession with Super Saiyan 3. I loooooooooooove iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit so much.
There is no mortal language that can express the magnitude of gratefulness I have towards Eternal for doing this, and the two other pictures to come!

T-Thanks, it wasn't quite a redesign, but I know what your intent it regardless. The form isn't really a redesign, its an actual, super powerful upgrade of Wind Deity Mode. Its the last natural-to-the-body form that can be achieved, and with that now becomes the border between Legendary and normal Pokemon. With Legendary being basically God Status. The gate between two entirely different worlds of power, and sitting right in between is this form, and then others as well.

Yeah, anything else is able to bring the reaper to him, mostly mortal injuries.
But still, the healing factor is insane but I wouldn't say its Majin Buu insane. Its close to Deadpool's healing factor, but he's not a walking, talking cancer growth with some snarck, sass, and lunacy about him.

Nope, the implication with "natural-to-the-body" is that its not extremely harsh when it comes to energy consumption. There are no drawbacks, and there can't be, if this state is permanent and can't be turned off, there'd be permanent exhaustion and likely even death via that exhaustion of energy to where it consumes all of the life energy left.
Super Saiyan 3 may have been natural, but since it was only achieved during death or at least its discovery, it implies that its simply natural but its too "heavenly for mortal bodies".
This form is actually a mix between Super Saiyan 3's extreme physical power output, and Mastered Ultra Instinct's Shockwave or Kiai specialty empowerment, and the energy efficiency of Super Saiyan Blue plus the slimmed down look.
The best way to put is "What if Super Saiyan 3 was completely, fully mastered to where there'd be absolutely no drain in energy, to where it'd be able to be kept up, just like Super Saiyan?"
