This is my first sigil. I designed it back in college when my RunningRed persona was beginning to manifest itself. For Pagans, one of the things the five points of the Pentacle represent are the extremities of the human body: the arms, legs and head. I never felt satisfied with this, as an animal I preferred to include the tail and so my symbol includes six points. The white star also represents the cold. The black represents my connection to the outer Night, and the darkness within.


As the years passed I have changed and grown and felt a desire for a new symbol to represent where I am now. So I have filed this symbol away in my past in favor of my Second Sigil.
