the Reignited trilogy isnt a remaster, thats a remake as well. and Klonoa is being handled in the same way.
if the game is being rebuilt from the ground up, no matter how faithful its trying to be, its a remake. a remaster just means they upped the resolution and made the textures HD and maybe added some other modern features.
this Klonoa remake is being rebuilt entirely, but it looks like its staying incredibly faithful to the original game, and they said its going to include 1 and 2 in it.
