Thank you for this unexpected artwork of Kei being a charmer to the pirate captain with his token of affection. I hope she is able to express her gratitude with some romantic activity, sooner or later (even if it involves her sitting on his waist and he just massages her booty with loving adoration.) Nice touches with her having a pair of gold teeth, per being a pirate, and the skull having ram horns. A pirate's life for me!
