SolarianFlares featuring his Yoshi Oliver. Oliver wanted a way to turn human so Billy made an attempt to make a power up that would help with that. He didn't manage to test it beforehand but was confident it would work. He gave one to Oliver as he also had one himself. Although, they had an entirely different effect from what it was supposed to do. Some of Maggie's ingredients maaaay have interfered with the development process.
