I take that as a compliment! Admittedly, it's not intentional and i'm not sure what makes it feel Disney; the eyes? Maybe how i've drawn the proportions? Anyhow, no disrespect to some of the art I see but some artists like to illustrate THE Disney style, carbon copies. It works and was an industry standard for so long! but it's still important to have your own touch to the style, ya know? Disney was a huge influence in my life, as i'm sure it has been for many so i'm not surprised if it can come through a little in my work. My character design teacher in school worked at Disney, I really respected his talent!
It honestly looks like those early Disney concepts they use. Not quite what will be in the movie or cartoon, but fleshing the stuff out. And it is 100%, for me, the Eyes. It may look simple, but 100% Disney's Nine Old Men!
