Haha Jester does have an interesting tail to be sure. I adopted him a while back and then hired another artist to do a full ref sheet, and that is when his tail got thick and serpent like. He also has some other features which makes me think he might be a different species all together or a mix of something. He is one one of my most precious characters and I am glad that you like this piece! Annet did an outstanding job, with this and all the others.
Can’t go wrong with Annet! I’ve actually been wanting her to do my boy since I got him. Glad I was finally able to get a slot.
To be honest, I actually wrote a little thing up for myself about Jester’s species, but sometimes I wonder if he is still too cat to be a unique species. It might be fun though.
