A midi can go as fast as 512 notes per second, so, i tempo the speech above 1/5 of its speed to fit as many notes as possible, with https://www.audacityteam.org/

I feed it to http://www.pluto.dti.ne.jp/~araki/amazingmidi/ with a pitch tone of 66.867 kHz and a subtone of 40.218 kHz some 12 decibels lower.

I take this midi file, transform it MP3 re-tempo it to normal speed again i get the "midi only" at 2560 notes/sec

I overlay the original with a 12 decibel loss to regain the sibilants, you can't do sibilants with midi. (you can, but then it sounds normal)
