I've had this drawing sitting around for a couple years now I think... or maybe a year and a half. I don't remember, but I never did get around to posting him for some reason.

Look him up! He’s a ghost fire type. Flame pattern is really neat.

The Hisuian variant is from hundreds or maybe around 1,000 years ago when Pokéballs first came into existence or at least a little after that.
Hisui is the old name for Sinnoh, as "Sinnoh" was referring to Arceus in reality.
The Pokédex entry for Hisuain Typhlosion implies that the sacred energies coming down from the very mountain in the center of Sinnoh (Space-time Distortion Energy?) is what causes the Ghost-typing to be added to the evolution that is Typhlosion.
The Ghost-typing actually comes from implied things that Hisuian Typhlosion can do, most notably....it can potentially see the literal flow of energy in all things (a similar ability is the Byakugan from the Naruto series or maybe even the Sharingan), and purify lost souls so they can go to the afterlife.
Also Hisuian Typhlosion has a slimmer body, and even slimmer arms. Overall slimmer as if the Typh variant doesn't eat as much.
