Find your clean Mocha Express.
(A little patina from previous use is ok as long as it is not rancid)
Fill the pot with clean cool water up to right below the safety valve.
Add fine ground espresso to the top of the basket.
Place basket in the pot.
Screw on reservoir.
Place on medium high burner.
Wait for gurgling.
Wait for it...
When it gurgles, pull it off the burner to avoid burning the coffee.
Serve and enjoy.
