I, for one, would love tutorial on the affects.

I've never been a fan of tutorials, but if you feel you have something to teach, by all means, make the tutorial. Hell, it could help you evaluate and strengthen your process when you break it down and think about it.

Well I personally am the sort of dick who honestly doesn't want to share any info that I have over other people. However...tutorials get views, and make people happy who might then look at other stuff.

Haha. I don't mind sharing what I know. That's just motivation for me to keep learning to stay ahead.

I don't like tutorials because they don't really teach people the foundations that gave you the skills you have. They're usually:

"This is how I draw an animu eyes. You can do it too!"

Now, and analysis on how the real eye is translated into various styles and what to look for when you stylize it yourself would make a tutorial I would love to read.

If that even still counts as a tutorial.

I wouldn't make a tutorial because I'm lazy.
