I was wondering how to convert from plantigrade to digitgrade, it didn't work well, but at least the coloring is right.

This is pretty good.
Though if i may, I’d like to offer some constructive criticism. If that’s not okay just ignore this.
The human leg on the far left has the knee very low, i think if the knee started out higher and then lowered as the tf happened i think it would look a bit better. It would also help with scale as humans are generally taller than avali and a tf would shrink them a bit.
Although i don’t exactly have the credentials or skill to be telling you what to do. And my issues with this image aren’t a deal breaker. It’s still shows a lot of skill and mid tf is really hard to do convincingly. Overall, i like this :)
