This was my snowmobile. It is a 1983 Honda CX650 (hense, my screen name) It was my fav bike, and yes... that is me getting ready to ride home in the snow. This was not the first, nor the last time i had to ride home in the snow. But it was definetly the most memorable! The parking lot had been plowed an hour earlier so it doesn't LOOK bad... but by the time i hit the main road it was 6 inches. It was 35 miles to get home.

Yup. took a long time too. was bout froze when i got there. South end of Wisconsin Dells/Lake Delton to north end of Adams/Friendship. (where I was living at the time.) I do NOT recommend riding in the snow on a street bike with street tread! A dual sport with at least SOME knobbys would have SO much better. Street tries (specially on front) tend to follow the slushy trails where as knobbys will climb out of them to go straight.
*waggwagg* I've driven my CB450 home under the same conditions haha. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4815689/
