Such a lovely that needed a home, it amazes me how people miss out on characters like this. Thankfully she fits an older character Idea I've had in mind for years and had written down. Though i can't really describe her powers, I'll explain more as I talk about her.

A Strange power that she manifested upon getting injured and coming into contact with an otherworldly void. Nearly disappearing from the world, Piper was in a coma for almost 4 months! Managing to break out of it, and before long she began to shift and suddenly end up on the ceiling on finding herself curled up on her wall and 5 feet off the ground! And whenever she does, her whole body is becomes a liquid black, masking her appearance! This Shadow form allows her to control the majority of her powers!

Think of her as if she's gliding over surfaces as she can manipulate her own gravity through her shadow form. Able to preform impossible feats of movement on floors, walls, and ceilings! Treating her environment like it was natural for her to walk up walls like she was walking down the street! Gravity almost has no effect on her as she can slide and move all at once! Even more crazy is the fact that she can phase through walls and even blend into the shadows to hide herself!
If one thing is for sure, she had to practice, as trying to control her powers was like swimming (quite literally)!

Weakness: (Nearly forgot this important aspect!)
Sleek is weak to anything that can turn up and Attune its Frequency patterns to her own! Not outright negating her power, but making her abilities fluctuate while she's in her shadow form.

Sound can be a effective form of debilitating her abilities for a brief amount of time. Prolonged exposure will have devastating results on her.
But there is no telling what other weaknesses she has, other than something that could be not of this Plane of existence! Maybe something from another universe could have adverse effects?


Story/background:

Life is full of ups and downs. For Piper she experienced a lot of great moments, but also had alot of crushed dreams when it came to living a normal life. And what she wanted to do most, was Dancing. From Gymnastics, to Ballet, she was a talented girl who loved to perform. And at the age of 17, she got her chance to do so on stage during a tryout. Only for a mishap to cause her to break her ankle! It set her back, even impacted her confidence.

It was only just the beginning of some of the ill-fortuned events such as this, that would become a constant fixture in her life. From slowly rising back to prominence, to almost having an untimely pregnancy after dating her boy-friend because he didn't use a condom. From making to the Olympic's Gymnastic team...you calling it quits when she's cheated out of chances. Friends became enemies, relationships became toxic, and before long Piper had to find work to support herself. Thankfully she hadn't gotten pregnant during that all that time. Even her attitude towards life had to change, eventually she had to start figuring out where to go for work.

That was till she got word of a secretary position at a facility, something that just needed her to file papers and to help organize some data. She had to go through a vetting process, including visits and a face to face interview. She was prepared to do the work with whatever they were offering for a salary.

But that same facility also housed a unique and dangerous substance, something that was in storage and pulled from an otherworldly place. That facility was targeted by a four person group, tasked with stealing this substance. She had no idea what was happening, but after needing to head to the nearest restroom while on the tour, by some cosmic twist, the thieves would be chased by security, the substance reacting to everything that was going on before bursting out after Piper bumped into the one carrying it!

Before she knew it...it made contact with her...blacking out...Piper would find herself suddenly pulled in and then spat out! Passing out...she wouldn't wake up from the ordeal till almost 4 months later. Her powers laying dormant.

When given the green light to return home, her body started to undergo the transformation! Fearful at first, it took her a long time to get use to her powers, slowly she began to learn, adapt, and eventually she accepted it. But what really influenced her, was the moment she stole money from the landlord who ripped her off. From then on, she would be the one to take back control over her life! And no one would be able to stop her.
