I want eeveelutions to have fluff again, so i thought, fluff, cloud, fluff, cloud, fluff, cloud, fluff cloud! It just works out. Plus it feels more natural for a design transition than just straight up giving it wings, IMO (tho i kinda did that too, lol) so yeah, this is just my fluff agenda in action.
