this covers the following general rules…
✓ payment upfront (short payment plan less than 2 weeks OR can be discussed)
✓ owner will receive individual files + display post like above
✓ FB (non-erased version) + torso + pony version
✓ ko-fi > paypal are the only acceptable payment methods atm
