I had did one previous to this, but it was CRAP! And I have STILL yet to finish it. So I'm considering still a W.I.P. until my lazy ass finishes it. This is supposed to represent the game Jet Grind Radio, (or the sequel, Jet Set Radio Future), game. I wanted to give it a "cool" look since he seemed to be an athletic type when I first met him, to be honest. (He also seemed like an energetic type)
I love how this came out though and hopefully when I get a chance, I'll add a good background, and not just a "crappy" one, literally one that has meaning to it.
