As expected, my scanner did horribly with the paper and pencil texture. My apologies - this looks substantially better in real life.

Prismacolour Markers/Derwent Coloursoft Pencils on 100% recycled premium Hemp Paper.

sweetheart I do belive that you did a fantastic job on this piece regardless of the scanner woes. I`m truly amazed with by your ability to switch back and fourth between digital and traditional media with the greatest of ease, that and you make it look like a hoot! One of my favorite parts of the piece is the combination of bold colring like the background with softer gradient like on the beach and character. Can`t forget to mention the highlights in the hair and clothing articles to!
This would definately be worth taking a photo of during the daytime. You and this piece deserve it!!!

O M F G. <3 Thank you SO much Kappy, This is really, truly amazing! <3 I am in like, complete AW of it, I really want to frame it and hang it up on my wall!!! <3 I am like, speechless. From the amazing curves you put on me, to those folds in the clothing, to the coloring which looks so bold and beautiful on me, and then the soft background. <3 If I had known you were doing this in traditional I would have asked ahead of time if you could mail it to me. <333 UGH. I'm going to stare at this for the next few hours. <3333 You've really brightened my day, Kappy!! *hugshugshugs!*
Omgosh, I *love* getting artwork and framing it, you should seriously see my bedroom walls. XD I even blew up a picture that was done for me and made it movie poster sized ( it's bigger then me! ), framed it, and hung it above my bed! =D
