God, those fourth wall breakings hinting that something AWFUL is going to happen is hitting hard. I mean, the one about your FA and Twitter handles before was one thing. But then I'm looking this page over and I see "3 pages until the end of the world"
Anxiety makes you think that things that, logically, we will be able to survive really is the last stanza in any chance that we'll be happy. But seeing it like this? It's as if his trama is so strong that it's actively projecting it onto our reality. It's like being screamed at by someone we love and we just are able to count down in our head when they're going to be storming out of the room and slamming the door from both the conversation and your life.
But I really hope, just like anxiety, that this isn't going to be the case, and when the dust settles and our hearts are swallowed back into our chests, we find out that the rolling boulder we're trying to outrun turns out to just be a pebble tumbling down against our boot.
