No one knew where he came from. He simply appeared in Starway City one day in the early 30s and hasn't left since. Always there to help. Always there to save lives and prevent disasters. However, trust was a hard thing to earn even back then when you simply pop out of nowhere. Some even speculated that he was responsible for the catastrophes he averted. Why else was he always there on time to prevent any loss of life? Well because he already knew about them or even set them up.
And yet in the end after witnessing just what this miraculous man was capable of, all doubts were dropped. The guy could fly faster than any aircraft the time period had to offer and then some.
To this very day he hasn't stop helping people wherever and whenever he could. Most would have called it a Never Ending battle, but he calls it "his duty". No matter what, the people could always count on the Starway Sentinel because as long has he drew breath, he'll do his damndest to make sure that the innocent will not be harmed.
