''Watchtower at Sunset'' by Lay
Here's another one of my ''tropical island''-themed pictures. This time, the abandoned yellow watchtower being lit by the orange sun is the main attraction. Additionally, you can spot seagulls flying by as silhouettes, and the violent waves of the sea splashing against the rocks. There's also some palm trees, and in nature, these sometimes hang over the edge, rather than standing upright. So I decided on putting both species in, since it's both possible!

Thank you! I think it is one of my best handdrawn ''imaginary area''-themed pieces, because of the specific style in which I drew it! I payed really close attention to the lighting, as you can see the water turns a bit of an orange color the closer it gets to the setting sun, and some sunbeams are being blocked by and are creeping around the watchtower!
The peculiar shape of the waves in the background is an homage to the race tracks ''Shy Guy Beach'' and ''Cheep-Cheep Island'' from Mario Kart: Super Circuit on the Game Boy Advance, which is currently my favorite Mario Kart.
