Zonoya looks in amazement and then a pain stuck her, seeing as the transformation is similar in what she saw in Cynder in what Malefor had done. But she knew she had to take a chance and risk it and try not to let it get the best of her, for she wanted her child to be in that dragon village for whatever the cost may be. She also thought of what Rapture had told her as well, she had to tell Frijir the truth sooner or later... >_>....

Perhaps, Rapture should be present when Zonoya starts talking. The reason is pretty obvious because nothing personal but Zonoya's track record has been rather bad. She seems to screw things up on a regular basis. The simple fact remains that Rapture won't be happy with this little event and lets not forget Spyro who hates the boy's father. If this little fact that Frijir has inherited Malefor's corrupting powers gets out Zonoya can forget ever getting into the Dragon Village. As for Frijir the poor kid is going to branded an outcast at this rate. Well, I guess Malefor is having one hell of a laugh at how much misery he has left behind. His son's life is pretty much screwed at the moment and as for Zonoya... well... because of her past scheming crooked ways is not on Spyro's best friends list. I doubt she ever will be unless she changes a great deal. Unfortunately, it seems she maybe incapable of changing.
Well, I guess the old saying is true... even in death Malefor is able to ruin everyone's lives in one way or another. Frijir is now cursed with father's powers. Zonoya... what can't be said about her. She needs to visit a psychologist and get over Malefor once and for all. As for Rapture... I pity him because he is the one who got emotionally hurt the most in all this. However, after this little talk between mother and son I think Frijir will be just as emotionally hurt as his adopted father. As for Zonoya... she has pretty much screwed up and that is an understatement. I think she and Rapture are way overdo for long emotional talk because the way things are going presently I don't think Rapture's patience is going to hold up much longer. I say this simply because ever time we have seen him lately he seems unhappy, depressed and just plain miserable. I really hope that this comic will give the Frijir, Nina and Ash storyline a break for a little while and focus on the deteriorating relationship between Rapture and Zonoya because this seriously needs to be addressed.
I say this simply because the two of them just mated not long ago and Zonoya has yet to show any signs of being pregnant with Rapture's child is rather odd. I say this simply because, sorry to sound so blunt, it seems rather odd considering how fast Malefor was able to knock Zonoya up in a one night stand with Frijir in record time just before Nina sent him plummeting to his death with her light powers. And yet Rapture and Zonoya's mating seems to not have produced any results at all... hmm... how strange. Perhaps the mating didn't take or maybe Zonoya was ready or whatever. The point is that this 'Days of Our Lives' drama between Rapture and Zonoya has to be resolved because it is starting to get annoyingly boring at how long it is being drawn out. Please either resolve it or just break up their damn relationship. It is just plain cruel to keep drawing it out like this. Either Zonoya really loves Rapture or she does not due to lingering feelings for the no good two timing Malefor. She has to make up her mind or in the end she will wind up alone because I don't think Rapture is going to put up with her unstable emotional issues forever. As for Frijir, the poor kid is going to have some very rough times ahead and I can already kinda guess where this plotline is heading and that is downhill into more misery and dark territory. I say this because Zonoya is already starting to scheme again like old times and as everyone should know by now whenever Zonoya starts scheming bad things either tend to happen or go wrong in record time.

okay, my response to Paragraph 1:
it is true that Spyro still hates her yes but it has been proven that Nina is willing to go against her fathers orders in order to see Frijir, meaning that he will still find a way to play with them no matter how he takes the news.
P2:
while I agree that Zonoya and Rapture have not gotten a lot of 'screen time'(or whatever it is called in a comic, maybe panel time?) this story is not really about them, it is more of a side storyline, the main plot and what matters most focuses on Nina, Ash, and Frijir.

and my own little thing to add, this is SK's story and her characters as well. in fact, the only characters in this comic that aren't hers are Flame, Spyro, Ember, Cynder, Malefor, and Sparx. meaning that even most of the cast is completely hers. my point in short here is that this is SK's property, and her creative mind that has made this up and as a fellow writer I have to defend her in saying that, if she chooses to give more screen time to Frijir and the others than so be it, it is her story so she may do whatever she feels is needed.

its a giant dragon chicken thing!! thats some power o3o ... I find that hilarious he thought rapture was his dad... X3 wonder whats a bigger shock... that he isn't or that his dad is a pure malevolent evil that attempted world domination/destruction ...

I notice how so many are saying "how he is going to take it?" - he doesn't even know who Malefor is or was or what he did right?... unless she tells him everything. Sorry for over analysis this. but thats what popped in my head..
