if you're drawing this character after me, the way i coloured them is by doing the normal palette, and then i made a layer with the listed rainbow colours and made them all kind of even. then made that an 'overlay' layer and put it at 70% opacity. to make the darker markings stick out, i duplicated the layer they were on, duplicated the rainbow layer and applied it to the markings, and then made that layer slightly darker + put them on top. i can probably show u how to do it if u have any questions!
